Background

ROSMY is Virginia’s oldest and largest LGBTQ+ organization that helps youth be themselves through access to support, education and advocacy. 

Challenge

After 25 years of service, ROSMY decided it was time for a change.

Result

We renamed the organization, crafted a new identity system, and built a relevant strategic direction for today’s members and potential members so it can tell a compelling story for the next 25 years and beyond.
